FEATURE | Etsy Blog: 3 Easy Ways To DIY Your Wedding With Etsy

Over the weekend I was pleasantly surprised to see that one of my pieces was featured in the Etsy Australia blog, as well as on the Etsy Australia Instagram account!

Jax Sutton, of Paper & Lace, wrote about how to DIY your wedding with Etsy. She chose three things that you can do to make your wedding more of your own. Jax says “when it comes to getting creative with your wedding decor, I am the first to recommend that you work smarter, not harder”. And to help, she curated a list of things that you can Print, Stamp or Hang.

The collaborative piece that I created with Nalani of Knotty Bloom was featured in the “Hang It” section. The Cascade is a beautiful weaving together of her intricate and detailed macrame with my brass geometric double teardrop himmeli.

There are extremely limited quantities available, so you should act quickly!

Nalani has another piece that is also featured. One of my favorites of hers, the Triple Diamond.

Jax goes on to say that these items “can be used around the venue [and] can come home with you to decorate your outdoor space after the wedding!” which I think is a wonderful idea. That way you will always have a little something in your home to remind you of your special day.

If you would like to see all of the beautiful elements that Jax chose, you can read the article here: 3 Easy Ways To DIY Your Wedding With Etsy.

How have you styled your himmeli in your home? Let me know or share a picture! I would love to see it.
